Will Plugged Nose Due To Injury Heal Well?

I just tripped and fell down face first in my kitchen. I have been bleeding out my nostrils. There is a cut on the bridge of my nose. I am applying a very cold, wet cloth to my nose. Other than that, what should I do. My nose seems to be plugged up, though. Will it get back to normal?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
You should consult an ent specialist and get examined .
If the nose is plugged there are chances of septal hematoma .Septum is the middle wall between both the nasal cavities and there can be blood collection in it which causes it to swell up , the blood might get infect later .Get examined by ent so that if required the hematoma will be drained.
There can also be fracture of nasal bone, there will be not much need to worry untill there is any deformity.
In doubt do reply
