hello sir
I am 25 male, and I am mastributing from last 10 years, i mastribute average 3 times in a week..... next years i am planning for getting married. but i am fearing about my sex life and sperm count. when i mastribute i finish in 3 min. please suggest me.

Masturbation is physiological phenomenon and this does not cause any thing on numbers of sperms forget about this and go for marriage without any fear of low count of sperm, because this is not possible even if you are masturbating, have a nice day.
