Hello

Welcome to HCM

It seems your systolic blood pressure is normal for your age and diastolic blood pressure is little bit higher for for your age.

Prednisolone does have effects on blood pressure by retention of water and salt plus it increases your weight.

So weaning off from prednisolone will reduce the blood pressure but upto certain limit only.

and at present your blood pressure is within acceptable range for your age. So don't worry

Stay happy

Regards,
Dr.Om
