Will Missed Akurit Doses Accelerate The Abdominal Tuberculosis?

I am suffering from abdominal tuberculosis and have been prescribed to take 5tablets of akurit 4 every morning after 1hr of breakfast. Today I had taken 4 tablets but before taking the rest I vomited. So what do I do now,as my dosage has been disturbed?

Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

You need not to take tablets again. Take your next dose in the next day morning. Missing tablets for one day will not cause any harm. However, if you forget to take your dose try to take the drugs as soon as you remember.
I'll give you an example. Suppose daily you used to take your tablets at 8 AM but you forgot to take today morning. You remember this at 1PM. Take tablets at 1PM and continue to take at 8AM from next day.

TB drugs are known to cause nausea and vomiting. If you have frequent vomiting, do consult your doctor.
