Pylori infection associated with active peptic ulcer disease, other factors need to be considered here. Stress is an aggravating factor in gastritis or active peptic ulcer disease. I believe those who take Marijuana with this condition are actually using it to manage stress. Marijuana has been allowed to be used legally mainly in oncology settings, to manage chronic pain in cancer patients. Even under such circumstances, strict control measures with respect to the allowed doses are still well monitored. I would suggest you check on the legal requirements with respect to drug use in your country. I am afraid Marijuana use is no indicated in peptic ulcer disease, and even if its allowed, you might be able to get the drug.
