I have read your query and the answer to your question is NO.Using a dildo for masturbation won't lead to loss of your virginity. There are different beliefs about virginity in females, but medically until a girl has a sexual intercourse with the insertion of penis into the vagina she is a virgin. The vaginal bleeding you experienced was due to the rupture of hymen by use of dildo and also be caused by physical activity like riding a horse,stretching,etc.

Unfortunately,in India though certain beliefs in religions that intact hymen is sign of virginity and accordingly, if the hymen has been ruptured they consider the girl not to be virgin.
