Will Hair Fall Stop After Thyroid Treatment?

I have been on strong antibodies for a long period of time. My haie has been falling out extremely bad. My hair was really thick, now it is really thin. I have had thyroid test, everything the drs. could do, everything turns out ok. Will my hair come back.

I really appreciate your concern, it is all depends upon the underlying cause of hair falling in male person if it is due to androgenic alopecia then it may not comes back if this is due to hormone changes in female then it demands the specific treatment, here you have provided very little information so difficult to say anything from that hope this information helps.
