Will Gross DNS Be Completely Cured After The Surgery?

Good Morning Sir
I am 27 having pain behind the eyes,and middle of the head,I have consulted ENT and doctor told me that I got gross DNS and needs operation,I want to know will the problem get over after getting it operated.
Please help.

Hi
Deviated nasal septum may require surgery.If it is gross and causing symptoms like nasal block,headache,nasal discharge,recurring throat infection etc,surgery is indicated.A diagnostic nasal endoscopy may be required to look inside your nasal cavity to rule out sinusitis.A ct scan of nose may be required to look deviation of septum and status of sinuses before undergoing surgery.Surgery relieves nasal obstruction and other symptoms associated with it.
