Will Fatigue Resolve After TLH Since Periods Will Not Occur?

My physician said I would still have monthly hormone changes after my TLH since both of my ovaries will remain in place. My premenstrual symptoms include extreme fatigue. My periods now, with the 4cm sub mucosal fibroid are painful, passing large clots (like a miscarriage) and last 10-14 days. Will the fatigue resolve since I won't be bleeding monthly? My hemoglobin is low normal pre op which isn't new for me. Also, I would assume the abdominal bloating and cramping, back cramping too, will cease since I will no longer have a uterus, yes?

Hi,
After TLH,Your uterus with fibroid will be removed. The ovaries will not be removed, for woman's life, health, psychology depends on female hormones. The cyclical hormonal changes for ovulation will persist, till you get a hormonal menopause.Naturally, you will have all the psychological premenstrual symptoms as well as those of abdominal bloating(which is due to hormonal effect on bowels. But the symptoms due to uterus itself having contractions, pain due to blood congestion may also be felt in the beginning-this is apsychological sign after removal of an organ called as pseudo psiasis.
But as the time advances,it will stop,as mind accepts removal of the organ( uterus).
Monthly blood loss being stopped, you will have an improved Hb count. If you take good nutrition & supportive tonics, your health will improve.Thanks.
