Hello thanks for asking from healthcare magic.com

I can understand your concern. You have chronic headache for about a year and all blood workup came normal. On X-ray film mucosal film was thickened and it was due to chronic sinus infection. Chronic frontal and ethmoid sinus infections are one of common cause of headache. The headache usually occurs in morning hours and relatively improve as the day passes. Dull aching type of headache usually occurs but in acute infection throbbing headache might occur. So no need to worry, sinusitis is a common cause of chronic headache.

For relief of the headache symptoms medicines like Fexofenadine, Cetrizine etc can help. These medicines will help to decongest the sinuses. Steam inhalation also helps to loosen the sinus secretions and will help to clear the secretions. Visit a doctor for help and prescription of these medicines.

Thanks, Hope this helps. Take care
