Hi. Let us straighten the problems one by one.
The foremost thing is to have you know what is normal and a what is not.
About the testicle - the larger one can be a simple hydrocele and in no way related to sexual function.
The normal penis size is 3 to 6 inches on erection- all sizes are ok with sex for you and your partner. There is no relation of the size to the sexual pleasure.
You have to share all this only with person and that is the Urologist who would examine you and guide and diagnose and treat if necessary.
This will not affect your sexual life directly- BUT if yo think about it the more , you can have a psychological problem and that may affect your life. So do not think much and visit a Urologist for a better consultation.
Go for the semen analysis , if it normal , you will have children .
