Hi, You have diffuse hair loss from whole scalp... It may be telogen effluvium. You are taking intra dermal steroid injection. I think, you should avoid...as it might cause side effects like atrophy,depigmentation and telangiectasia..etc. You consult expert dermatologist for perfect diagnosis. There may be some cause of hair loss..Stress,anxiety,thyroid dysfunction, surgery, trauma,drugs like ..methotraxate,fever,internal diseases, anaemia, nutritional deficiencies..... etc might be responsible for the disease. Excessive sun exposure may cause hair loss. Dandruff should be ruled out. If it is there, ketoconazole shampoo may be used to cleanse the scalp. You consult dermatologist. Blood tests may be done to rule out thyroid diseases,anaemia,endocrinal diseases,blood diseases,internal diseases...etc.If any wrong is found,proper treatment may be taken from physician.
