Hi, I have pains in my head and around my eyes. I was given antibiotics and there was no change. I went back to my doctor and he put me on some other tablets. Anyway after going back around ten times and trying different tablets and being fobbed off I changed my GP and was booked in right away for a ct scan. Only thing is I smoke cannabis for the pain as it really does help and allows me to play with my children. I have my ct scan tomorrow first thing in the morning. If I smoke cannabis today will it effect my CT scan tomorrow.
Smoking cannabis will in no way affect CT scan results. A CT scan is a high intensity X Rayunit and will show structural changes in you should you have any. The scan is over in a few seconds and doesn't record any chemicals in your system like cannabis. You need not worry.
