Hi,

All 4 first line drugs isoniazid, rifampicin, ethambutol and pyrazinamide have a safety record in pregnancy and are not associated with human fetal malformations. But the use of drugs should be decided based on the benefits and risk, previous duration of treatment and clinical condition and Category of tuberculosis.

I would suggest you to visit your doctor for a clinical examination and decide the course of treatment. Aminoglycosides such as Streptomycin. Kanamycin. Amikacin should be absolutely avoided in pregnancy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
