Going to gym definately gives good shape to body,strength,stamina&health too.
somebody goes to gym for some days ,he gets all the advantages one by one.&after stopping ofcourse, looses them!It's not a fast prosses though,no exercises &sedentory life may turn one's body bulky,fatty ,lethargic leading to a filthy look in years to come! so one must try to continue healthy habbit of gym exercises for a graceful life &personality.
