Hi,

Tonact TG will help reduce your triglyceride level but will not reduce your SGPT and SGOT levels. Nexito plus has no role in reducing both of these. It is the combination of escitalopram and clonazepam and is prescribed to people with anxiety and depression. The one thing that will help in reducing both the levels is to remain abstinent from alcohol, as alcohol is responsible for increasing both triglyceride levels and SGOT/SGPT levels.

Best wishes.
