My age is 25 and i am deeply embarrassed about my height as height is 5.3". I just wanted to know will STEP UP height increaser help me to increase my height more 3 to 4 inches?? If yes then in how many months need to use this regularly? Please help me.

Hello dear,
Biologically speaking,it is not possible to increase our height after about 20 years.By that time,fusion of epiphyses in our bones are over,and after that,linear bone growth is not possible.Most of such advertisements are money grabbers.
