General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

PCOS is commonly treated with Progestin therapy, it effectively helps to regulate the periods.

Ova shield is Clomiphene(clomifene), which is used to induce egg production in women.

Both therapies help to regularize menstruation cycle. Take food rich in iron, calcium & protein, stay away from stress & addictions if any. Limit carbohydrate, maintain healthy weight & stay active.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
