Will Methylprednisolone Help Treat A Hoarse Voice?

I have a hoarse voice and I am a professional singer. I need to sing for an important event tomorrow morning and want to be sure my voice will be ok. I was prescribed Methylpresnisolone a few weeks back to alleviate a hoarse voice but began taking it 3 days before a performance. I was instructed to take 5 tablets/ 4mg for only 3 days. If I take 5 tablets tonight will it help me for tmrw?
