Hello,
In children the toxic dose is 400 mg per kg but nnadults it is not that clearly degined.Although nausea, vomiting diarrhea can be the immediate problem but CNS complications like drowsiness and liver and kidney failure can occur in few individuals.Since half life of ibuprofen is 1.5-3 hours,it seems you are safe now because it is already 48 hours since you consumed it,however be careful for another 24-48 hours.
My advice to you is not to do it again in future.
Thanks
