Will Cytotec Medicine Cause Any Harm To The Baby While Pregnant?

hell doc i am 3 weeks pregnant i took 2 cytotec one i drank wit water and the other i insert in my vagina i had a little bleeding but it stoped i took a pregnancy test and i am still pregnant i am thinking to go ahead with this pregnancy would any harm come to my baby i need an urgent advice on what to do

I am sorry but there is a risk of birth defects and premature Labour. It may or may not happen but the risk is present.

I cannot tell you what to do. However, my advise to you is to discuss the current situation and status of pregnancy with your OBGYN. The course of action would also depend on how far along in your pregnancy you are.

Please consider all your options before you decide.
You can either choose to continue this pregnancy with a majority chance (more than 80%) that it will be normal and healthy baby.
Or you could choose to discontinue if that is what you want. Please do not self medicate.

Please note that your doctor might choose to keep a close eye on your baby to see if any birth defects develop and if the baby will be able to survive with these. If not, then options on termination will be discussed.
