Hello You are suffering from Primary Anejaculation . Do you feel orgasm without seminal discharge? It can be discharge of semen in to the urinary bladder instead of being expelled out ( called retrograde ejaculation ) or absence of seminal fluid. There can be blockage of spermatic duct opening in to the urethra or a cyst. I suggest to get a color Doppler study of the seminal vesicles ,prostate and scrotum.
