hello i have a baby boy of 22 months and i have noticed that his balls in his penis is small compared to when he was born. i mean when he was born they were bigger than now. should i have to worry? thank you in anticipation

most probably your baby had some element of hydrocoele at birth that may be a finding in some newborns and scrotal size little large .with time the hydrocoele gets corrected
and scrotal size seems smaller than at birth
