General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have a viral infection, and you have a bacterial super infection, hence the sore throat and the swelling of the throat mucosa.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. If not responding, you may need to have a culture and sensitivity of the throat swab for diagnosis of the organism and its sensitivity.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms erythromycin, phenylephrine, citrizine, diclofenac , and parcetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
