Why Stomach Is Upset And Having Vomiting After Having Burger King?

i ate burger king last night around 6pm at 930pm my stomach was hurting really bad. i went to lay in bed when i started throwing up the burger king. shortly afterwards i used the bathroom and it was like water. i tried drinking water but in threw that up too. what could be wrong with me

After reviewing your symptoms which are abdominal pain, vomting, watery diarrhea; this is mostly a food poisoning caused by your last meal at burger king.
normally most cases of food poisoning will resolve within 3-5 days but you have to take rest and remain properly hydrated and replace the lost fluids by vomiting and diarrhea,s ports drinks high in electrolytes can be helpful with this and also fruit juice and coconut water can restore carbohydrates and help with fatigue and also avoid caffeine, which may irritate the digestive tract.
You may need to use over-the-counter medications like Imodium and Pepto-Bismol to help control diarrhea and suppress nausea.
It is also advised to hold off on solid foods and eat easy to digest foods like boiled vegetables, oat meal, rice and bananas and also avoid all dairy products, fatty, spicy, and high sugar content foods.
