Why My Son Screams And Rolls Out In Bed At Same Time In Nights?

hi i have a son and he is one on monday he wakes up the same time every night screaming crying arching his back and screams for an hour to 2 he got diagnosed with refulx when he was 4 months hospital give him infant gavison but its not working i proped cot up he fine in day its of a night he wakes same time and screams and rolls round in cot i also tryed gripe water i dont think its reflux could it be ibs

By what you quote it doesn't look like a reflux to me. You did not mention since how long he is doing this, so, I put forth these possibilities -
1. Night terrors
2. Worm infestation.
3. Any possibility of bed bugs.
