Why My Kid Started Foul Smelling Breath ?

my 2.5 yr old started having foul smelling breath the other day. First it smelled of Feces (not eating his feces) and now it's metallic. I notice he's been picking his nose lately and had a coupld of nose bleeds. Could something be stuck up his nose causing this smell?

THank you

Hi.... Many thanks for consulting in Health Care Magic. By what you quote...it could be a foreign body in the mistril which he has accidentally inserted. It could cause foul smell & purulent nasal discharge. See an ENT surgeon immediately. Hope my answer was helpful for you. Happy to help anytime. Further clarifications and consultations on Health Care Magic are welcome.
