I just want to know what are those tiny black specks like pepper grains. I found those in my sheets, underwear, my back is full of rashes. I am not having hallucinations, I am very normal person, but there is some kind of bug, that nobody seems to know what it is.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history, you are having miliria. My treatment advice is:

1. Maintain good hygiene and take bath twice daily.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medicine like levocetrizine twice daily for 7 to 10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, topical steroid cream to be used only after consulting a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
