A ketogenic diet means low carbohydrate and high fat diet. High fat diet is responsible for build up of plaque in blood vessel walls. Your doctor has advised you to avoid exercise because plaque build up can cause increased arterial blood pressure in the eyes during exercise which can harm your eyes.
