HI. IT CLEARLY STATES THAT YOU HAVE BEEN BURNT OUT AND TENSED . ITS NATURAL . IF YOU NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS PAIN BEFORE , MORE LIKELY ITS BECAUSE OF STRESS . BUT ITS WISE TO GET A BASE LINE ECG DONE AND AN ETT IF REQUIRED . GET YOUR CHOLESTEROLS CHECKED ON FASTING BLOOD SAMPLE . TO ME ITS MORE LIKELY SOMATIC OR MUSCULAR . WISH YOU GOOD HEALTH AND DONT WORRY , BUT GET AT LEAST AN ECG DONE . TRY SOME RELAXANTS . IT WILL HELP . THANKS
