Why Is The Testicle In Pain And Is Swollen?

I am 30 years old guy. Just married 1 years ago but not have any child. My question is that, from my childhood my right testis on upper part of body (not on proper place) whereas left testis on proper place but now a days slight pain. Almost 10 years ago, I had operated tried to bring Right testis slightly below along with hyerina repair as after operation time and often pain, swelling on testis now all most after 20 years back hyerina return back also doctor suggest me to throw out that testis as that valueless (no uses if that inside too which may damage left testis too) what to do? Shall I do operation and throw out testis or not or better to take medicine and wait tell one baby birth as doctor suggested me that if not operated quickly the right testis will damage left testis too. Right testis is not on proper place too till now as time and often pain and swelling. If you need report and others details of past and present i will submitted to you by scanning for that . General Surgeon 's  Response
hi dear thanks for query on HCM

you need to visit a urologist/surgeon discuss in detail your history.
he will examine the testis. will get a usg scotum to look into size and vasularity of the testis.
fnac of the rt testis can be done to know the microscopic picture of the testis. if it is normal you can avoid removal of right testis. you can discuss about hernia repair and medial mobilisation of the testis which can be decided only on consultation.
regards fertility get the semen examination done which will give the sperm count and ability to have a child from your side.
better discuss in detail with a surgeon/ urologist .

thank you
