Why Is The Cholesterol And Uric Acid Increasing Even After Regular Exercising ?

i have ch 280 , 25 years back now 310 , i am 62 yrs now, uric acid 10, it was 8 before trygl same as before 10 , for high bp i take beta blocker
and diurate everyday, i take brisk walk /jogging 5 days a week , i have no problem except heel pain occationally, and i take paracitamol not more than 500mg when i need , please recomend.

Exercise will not give 100% result in reducing the cholesterol.

You should avoid fat contents and uric acid content in your routine food intake.

Along with diet control and exercise you can reduce cholesterol.

for high uric acid level you should avoid taking uric acid containing foods.
