Hi welcome to hcm
I understand your query and concern.
Your friends symptoms are suggestive of Coronary artery disease complicating to ischemic brain stroke.I advise him to be monitored regularly with ECG,Blood sugars, complete blood picture,Urine culture sensitivity and MRI Brain.Drugs like Clopilet,Ecospirin, atorvastatin, anti hypertensive drugs,Strocit regularly.Monitor his blood pressure, oxygen saturation, pulse rate hourly. He may need oxygen supplementation,IV Fluids and soft diet.He needs an Intensive care unit observation till he stabilises.I advise you to consult his cardiologist for expert management.
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you
