Why Is My Stomach Bubbly And Feels Like Vomiting??

my stomach has been getting a really hot bubbly sensation in it and it kinda feels like I have to vomit then it feels like im going to have diaherra butt nothing happens then maybe like half and hour to hour I do have to run to the toilet..what would be causing this?

You have problem of bubbling sound and loose stool that may be because of intestinal infection like gastroenteritis.
Stool examination test is helpful to know which type of infections is present.

Bubbling sound because of excessive gas formation or strong contraction of intestine .

Irritable bowel syndrom may ruled out.
In irritable bowel syndrom stool consistency is change ,bloting in stomach, relief by defecation ..

Abdominal ultrasound sonography is normal in irritable bowel syndrom.
Endoscopy is helpful for diagnosis.

Inflammatory bowel diseases like crohn's disease may ruled out.
Malabsoption may cause this type of symptoms.

Abdominal ultrasound sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
