Hi,

Abnormal nuclear stress test means that there could be a possible underlying blockage in the heart.

I can understand that you had done an Angiography 5 years ago which was normal, but 5 yrs is a long time and as the stress test has revealed abnormality you have to get a 2Echo and Angiography done again.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
