She has a raised systolic blood pressure, with wide pulse pressure. That might be because of age related changes in the vavles of the heart. The diziness might or might not be related to the heart. Get a cbc and an ecg and approach a general physician. Also take atleast 2 readings every day at the same time for the next two day. It will help the doctor decide on medications.
