Why Is My Leg Out Forward Too Far When I Sit Or Walk?

i am a cheerleader and i was doing a split. I bounced down to stretch it and the bone inbetween my lower butt and the top of my thigh is hurting when i try to stretch.. Or when i sit on my butt, or when i am walking and my leg is out forward too far. Or when my leg is lifted up backwards.

This pain can be due to sudden muscle sprain or over activity of same group of muscles. My advice to you is that you should do muscle stretching before doing any such activity. Also you should take sitz bath that is sitting in a tub with gentle warm water twice in a day for half an hour to give heat to those muscles. Take carnisure tablet,muscle relaxant like myoril or myospaz.
