Why Is My Knee Aching And Ankle Swollen?

Hello. I have Osteo in both my knees. Ihad a partial knee replacement on my right knee 6 yrs ago. Now my left knee if aching, I'm starting to walk with my foot inwards and getting the same pain on my left knee. My ankle is starting to hurt also is gets swollen from time to time. Lately I have also been feeling dizzy now and then - the dizzingess started about a week ago off and on, but not much and not everyday.
