Why Is My Face Red And Swollen?
My face is swollen and the swelling will travel from one side of my face to the other. I also have spotted areas on my side that are red and slightly swollen as well. It comes and goes in different areas, but usually stays around my side/back and face.

I really appreciate your concern the given history here suggestive of hypersensitivity reaction that could be because of any thing if you are taking any drugs then this would be most likely possibility, if you have food allergy then this could be reason, autoimmune disorder is the most frequent disorder can be taken in to account, just wait for few days this would subsides on its own, take care and have nice day.
