Why Is My Ear Blocked After Scuba Diving?

Hello. I went scuba diving a week ago and my right ear has been blocked since. I have used two types of ear drops but nothing seems to be working. The first drops contained boric acid and alcohol, the second type was recommended for diving problems and clears ear wax. When inserting the drops, I have laid still to let them soak in for 5 minutes each time. I am in Tanzania at the moment and so these drops were the only ones I could get. When I burp, my hearing comes back very briefly but then goes again immediately afterwards. Any help please?
