Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Sir, there is no scope for increase in blood sugar by doing exercise. In diabetes as the time pass by, The tablets some times may not be potent enough to increase insulin and hence controlling blood glucose. May be this could be in your case. The dose of Tablets should increase or a combination drug could be useful. The change of drug dosage should be exclusively done by the doctor after looking your blood glucose levels and Hb1Ac level. So what you need to do is please visit Diabetologist and get it done which you can continue there after or please post the dosage of tablet and the Hb1Ac level, so that we can prescribe the drug.
Hope this guides you, Thank you.
