Why Is My Baby Having Watery, Smelly Green Colour Stool?
I HAVE BEEN GIVING DEXOLAC 2 TO MY BABY.NW WE MOVED TO US. NW SWITCHED TO EMFAMIL SPIT UP.
EVER SINCE THEN SHE HAS PASTY STOOL AND THEN WATERY STOOL, GREEN COLOUR, SMELLY, ALSO FREQUENT STOOL PASSING. IS IT BECAUSE OF SWITCHING OVER TO DIFF BRAND OR SOME OTHER INFECTION

What your kid is having is not a diarrhea and is only a gastro-colic reflux. It is quite common for babies of this age group t pass small amount of diarrhea or loose stools soon after feeds. This need not be treated as diarrhea and especially antibiotics are not indicated.
Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
