Why Is It Difficult To Conceive While On Hormone Tablet?

Am 25yr, My Native country is INDIA. After marriage last 1yr am in BAHRAIN,(DUBAI) now my monthly mentraul is hapens once in 28, 32, 35days. As i take Hormone tablet i get periods in 27days... But still am not Conceive and doctor says to reduce weight. Am 68kg Can i take Weight loss tablets Please suggest me.

Thanks for writing to HCM

You have not specified what hormone tablets you are taking and for what reason you are taking them. Regarding weight loss there is very few drugs available that are free from side effects. It is advisable that you follow a health life style and controlled diet. You can start doing exercise daily and gradually increase the duration of workouts, avoid all addictions (if any), in diet take a lot of green leafy fibrous vegetables, fresh seasonal fruits, less fat/oil in food, avoid ghee butter, junk/fried fast foods. With this you will surely be able to reduce your weight.
