Hello.. im 22 years old boy... actually im feeling my hands and feet sweating from last 10 days and feeling body temperatures is hot but when i checked with thermometer there is no temperature or signs of fever. What are the reasons for this ? Im feeling tired by the evening times.
normal body temperature of every individual will change depends on age, sex, climate, race, location etc. body temperature will vary over the day. hormonal change will also influence the body temperature. if you felt recent change in your temperature it depends on any climate chnage in your current location, any food or drug intake ,other external factor could be the reason. if you sweat a lot you hydration will go down and ultimately you end up in tired.
for more clarification consult a general physician to rule out any abnormality against your condition.
thank you hope i answered your query
