belly button bleeding points towards abnormal fistulous connection between umbilicus and urinary bladder congenitally..but this needs confirmation by following a dye test and ct of abdomen..antibiotics in broad spectrum can be taken to prevent infection use flagyl and norflox for 3-5 days..keep area clean by rinsing it with betadine lotion and donot use plain water.. but this is not temporary solution u need to consult your surgeon.
