Why Is A 2 Month Baby Having Gray Stool After 5 Days Of Vaccination?

hi I have a 2 month son who is doing gray stool last 3 days.I have vaccinated my son before 5days.After vaccination he feels fever and I gave him crocin.He is taking vitamin d3 regularly.SO doctor kindly tell what are the reason of gray stool in my son?

Hi,

The gray stool your son is having could be due to coloring or other ingredients inside crocin you gave to him for the fever.

Another factor could be related to the milk you give to him. If you feed him with baby formula (and not breastfeeding) and your son is eating often; most probably is because of baby formula.

I'd suggest to keep good hygiene when you breastfeed or when preparing the baby milk. Please keep good hygiene of the feeding bottles.

If no improvement within a week or your son is worsening, then, should consult his pediatrician.
