Thank you for asking on HCM

Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is a central nervous system stimulant. It affects chemicals in the brain and nerves that contribute to hyperactivity and impulse control.

I guess you have used Vyvanse without doctor prescription. Initial dose is 30 mg orally once a day in the morning, you have started with a high dose, so it is normal to feel exhausted.

Take enough sleep and rest, eat well & drink 6-8 glasses of water daily and relief yourself from stress due to exam.

Please do not take this drug without doctor prescription again, it may be harmful for you!!!

Good luck.
