I had a common cold last week and went to the doctor mostly because I needed a note for work absence so I could get paid for sick days. He prescribed levofloxacin. I didn t have time to pick up the prescription until today, almost a week later so I didn t even know he had prescribed this. I was under the impression that he was just going to prescribe a cough syrup which he also did. Do you know why he would have prescribed levofoxacin for my cold which is all gone now? suez
