Why i feel like my stomach is full in morning ?

i have many problems 1- i wake up at 6 am and i feel that my stomach is full FYI i dont eat oily dinner ! 2- every time i eat breakfast i feel sick and my stomach starts to make voices even if eat the whole dish ! 3- what is the pearfect breakfast meal ?

I suggest you to have bland diet since you are suffering from acidity and flatulence ,means as you already told its better to avoid oily,spicy food,have fresh fruit juices regularly,specially vit c containing like lemon,orange and musumbi juices,. with that do a course of HIMCOCID SYRUP 2tsp 3times a day half hour before meal,and UDHARASUDHA 15ml at night after meal.Dont skip any meal at any cost.
