Why Having Pain In Groin And Gall Bladder Area?

I fell down a few weeks ago, and I have pain on the right side of my groin area, underneath my butt cheek and up to my stomach, right underneath the gall bladder area. It seems to be getting worse. What do you think it is. Even my vagina on the right side aches.

you had s traumatic event & you're now having pain in abdomen, groin, buttock area. I'll recommend that you go get a CT scan done to evaluate for any intra-abdominal injury/ hematoma... which could be causing your symptoms .
